Contracting states, Out of assurance to literature in all countries, The desire to copyright scientific and artistic works; Convinced to apply to all countries in the world and determined by the world convention, A copyright protection system that complements but does not undermine existing international systems, Respect for individual rights will be guaranteed, And encourage literature, The development of science and art; It is believed that such a global copyright protection system will promote the wider dissemination of the products of the human spirit and enhance international understanding; Decide to amend 1952 years 9 month 6 Signed at Geneva on the following day "Universal copyright convention" (subscale "1952 Annual convention" ) , It is hereby agreed as follows:

Article 1

The contracting States undertake to respect literature, science, Works of art——Include text, music, Theatre and film works, And painting, Sculpture and sculpture——The rights of authors and other copyright holders, Provide adequate and effective protection.

Article 2

(one) Works published by nationals of any Contracting State and first published in that State, Among the other Contracting States, Are entitled to the same protection accorded by other Contracting States to works first published in their own countries by their nationals, And the protection granted by this Convention.

(two) Unpublished works of nationals of any Contracting State, Among the other Contracting States, Enjoy the same protection accorded to the unpublished works of its nationals by that other State Party, And the protection granted by this Convention.

(three) For the implementation of this Convention, Any Contracting State may, under its own law, treat as a national any person domicile therein.

Article 3

(one) The formalities required by any Contracting State under its domestic law——If a sample is submitted, registration, Publish a notice, Notarization of documents, Reimbursement of expenses or production and publication in the country——Subject to copyright protection, For all works protected under this Convention and first published outside the territory of that State whose author is not a national, Shall be deemed to meet the above requirements, All volumes of a work authorized by the author or copyright holder to be published, From the date of first publication, marked, And indicate the name of the copyright owner, Year of first publication, etc, They shall be marked in such a way and in such a position as to draw attention to the copyright claim.

(two) Article b (one) Provision of paragraph, No formalities or other conditions imposed by any Contracting State for the acquisition and enjoyment of copyright in a work first published in its own country or in a work published anywhere by its nationals shall be impeded.

(three) Article b (one) Provision of paragraph, No Contracting State shall be prevented from making the following provisions: Anyone who asks for judicial assistance, Procedural requirements must be met at the time of prosecution, For example, the prosecutor must appear through his national counsel, Or by the plaintiff to the court or the administration, Or both; However, it failed to fulfill the above procedural requirements, Shall not affect the validity of the copyright, Such a requirement shall not apply to nationals of the State in which copyright protection is claimed, Nor should such requirements be imposed on nationals of another State Party.

(four) States Parties shall have legal measures to protect the unpublished works of nationals of other States Parties, Without the formalities.

(five) If a State party permits more than one period of copyright protection, The first period is longer than one of the minimum periods specified in Article IV, For a second or subsequent copyright term, The State shall not be required to implement provisions of this article (one) Provision of paragraph.
