Article 1

Article 2

Definition of this taxonomy

(１) (ａ) This classification includes:

(i) 　basis１９５４years１２month１９European Convention on the International Classification of Invention Patents (Hereinafter referred to as "European convention" ) In accordance with the regulations of, １９６８years９month１The text of the classification in force and published by the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe;

(iii) 　Subsequent amendments made pursuant to Article 5 of this Agreement and effective pursuant to Article 6 of this Agreement;

(ｂ) The guidelines and notes included in the body of this taxonomy are an integral part.
