In this Treaty, Unless otherwise expressly stated:

(i) "Chief administrative bureau" Means an authority entrusted by a Contracting Party to grant patents or to deal with other matters covered by this Treaty;

(xiii) "translation" Means a translation into a language accepted by the Bureau, Or where appropriate, Transliteration into a translation of a letter or set of words accepted by the Bureau;

(xiv) "The procedures of the main office" Means any proceedings in connection with an application or patent at the Main Office;

(xv) Unless the context otherwise indicates, Words in the singular include the plural, And vice versa, Masculine personal pronouns include feminine;

(xvi) " "Paris convention" " Refer to 1883 years 3 month 20 Signed, amended and amended by the date "Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property" ;
